Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all products shipped, transported, and delivered by our company (operating electronics business in the United States). The goal is to clarify shipping timelines, transportation methods, shipping fees, and other related rules, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our users. 1. Shipping Timeliness

1.1 After placing an order, in-stock orders will typically be shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, which are not counted within the shipping timeline).

1.2 The actual delivery time for orders is 5-7 business days. The specific shipping time may be affected by demand, factory production progress, holidays, weather conditions, and other uncontrollable factors, which may lead to slight delays. We appreciate your understanding.

1.3 Orders can be edited/modified (including shipping address, product specifications, etc.) within 12 hours of order placement. After 12 hours, changes will no longer be possible. Please take note.

2. Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping for all electronic products within the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Customers will not be charged any shipping fees.

The following areas are not eligible for free shipping, and the related shipping costs will be borne by the customer: Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. boxes.

3. Shipping Methods

3.1 We provide delivery services through UPS, FEDEX, and USPS, covering all 48 contiguous states in the United States, with free shipping for all.

3.2 When placing an order, please ensure you provide a correct and complete shipping address (including street address, house number, zip code, etc.). If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete and the package cannot be delivered or requires a second delivery, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

3.3 After the order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, so you can track your package in real time and check the estimated delivery time.

4. Delivery Related Information

4.1 All packages will be delivered via a "no signature required" method, meaning the courier will leave the package at the specified delivery address (e.g., front door, mailroom, etc.).

4.2 If you require a signature upon delivery, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after placing the order (phone: +86 19202338340). We will assist you in applying for FedEx signature service. Requests after 24 hours will not be processed.

5. Special Instructions

In case of shipping or delivery delays due to uncontrollable factors (such as natural disasters, logistics strikes, holiday shipping suspensions, etc.), factory production delays, or surges in order demand, we will do our best to inform you in a timely manner and assist with tracking the logistics progress. However, we will not be responsible for any additional compensation.
