Product Cancellation and Return Policy

This policy applies to all users who purchase products from our company (operating electronics business in the United States). It aims to standardize the order cancellation and return/exchange process, ensuring the protection of both parties' legal rights. 1. Basic Cancellation and Return Requirements

To proceed with cancellation or return, you must first obtain written approval from duno-mall. You can request approval by contacting our customer service at +86 19202338340. Any cancellation requests made without prior approval will be denied, and the order will continue processing as usual. Any products returned without written consent will be refused and sent back to you at your own expense.

2. Product Defects and Inspection Period

Please check the electronic products you purchased within 14 days of receiving the package. If you find any minor defects, light stains, or other issues, please contact our customer service immediately for a targeted solution. If the inspection period exceeds 14 days, the defect or stain will be considered as a result of your use, and we will no longer be responsible for it.

3. Order Cancellation Rules

Based on our shipping efficiency (orders in stock are typically shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, and actual delivery takes 5-7 business days), the cancellation rules for orders at different stages are as follows:

(a) Cancellation Before Shipping Label is Created

For orders that have been placed but do not yet have a shipping label generated, you can request a cancellation. After cancellation, we will issue a full refund with no service charge.

(b) Cancellation Before Shipment (Shipping Label Created)

If the order has a shipping label but has not yet been shipped, and you request to cancel the order, we will charge a 10% fee based on the product's original price. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

(c) Cancellation After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, the goods cannot be detained. You may refuse the package upon delivery, or sign for the package and then contact customer service to obtain a return shipping label. Once the package is returned to us and inspected with no issues, we will issue a refund and charge a 20% restocking fee based on the original price.

(d) Cancellation After Delivery (Unopened Package)

If the package is delivered within 14 calendar days, and you wish to cancel the order with the package unopened, you must first contact customer service and provide photos or videos of the unopened package for approval. Once written approval is granted, you are responsible for contacting the original delivery company to return the entire package and cover the return shipping cost. After the package is returned and inspected with no issues, we will charge a 20% restocking fee based on the original price, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

(e) Cancellation After Use (Non-Quality Issues)

If you request to cancel the order within 30 calendar days after delivery for non-quality reasons (including but not limited to: change of mind, wrong size, dislike of the product, or refusal of minor shipping damages), the following conditions must be met:

  • Contact customer service and provide photo/video evidence proving that the product and packaging are consistent with the original packaging;

  • Obtain written return authorization from us and return the complete product with packaging at your own cost;

  • Cancellations after 30 calendar days of receiving the product will not be processed.

After the package is returned and inspected with no issues, we will process the refund and charge a 25% restocking fee based on the original price.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are non-returnable, unless in extreme special circumstances. You must contact customer service for approval before proceeding:

  • Special customized orders;

  • Second-hand products or products with obvious signs of use;

  • Discounted items.

5. Refund Conditions and Exceptions

Under normal circumstances, refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after the package is returned and inspected with no issues. If there is a delay in the refund, please contact customer service and provide the relevant proof, and we will explain the specific reason and assist in resolving it.

Important Reminder

If you wish to return a product, please do not directly refuse any FedEx/UPS packages. Sign for the package first, and before returning any item, contact customer service to obtain a return shipping label.
